In our quaint community of Menomonee Falls, an enduring legacy was born in 1953 when John McLario, a beloved figure within the town, established The McLario Firm. Rooted in the values of faith, family, and community, the firm has remained true to its founding principles for the past seventy years.

Managing Partner Al Spiegel emphasizes that the firm has remained committed to its values since its founding: “From our very inception, we’ve been a faith-based, community-driven entity. Nestled on Main Street, between the middle school and Appleton Avenue, The McLario Firm finds its place in the heart of the town’s historic downtown district. “Being part of a downtown community brings us closer to other local businesses. We actively support events and enjoy visiting the nearby farmers market for lunch. There’s also the convenience of being able to get a haircut or buy chocolates just across the street. We are a part of this community, and it’s reciprocated by the community being a part of us. We’re honored to represent many local business owners and individuals who, like us, take pride in living and working here,” says Al.

Community: The McLario Firm still operates from the same building it has called home since the 1960s, actively participating in various community initiatives. The team sponsors local events, including kids’ fest, ladies’ night, and recreational activities like the egg hunt.

Mission: With its Christian values at the core, The McLario Firm places clients first and prioritizes building meaningful relationships. Support staff and attorneys are committed to providing clarity and education on legal matters. Family: While not bound by blood today, The McLario Firm operates like a close-knit family. Beginning with just a handful of individuals, the team has grown to include approximately two dozen diverse and specialized legal professionals. This family-oriented approach extends to their clients, working with several generations of families through all stages of life and the various challenges they may encounter. You may have even seen some of Al’s six children in some of the firm’s commercials or Morning Blend segments.

Technology & Communication: The firm now leverages technology to facilitate virtual meetings, providing clients with flexible options for consultations, whether they are on the move, dealing with a pandemic, or homebound due to injury or illness.
