McLario, Helm, Bertling, & Spiegel, S.C. (MHB&S) is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Edward Bremberger to the firm. Bremberger joins MHB&S after working as a Public Service Special Prosecutor for the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office as well as having prior private practice experience.
“We are excited to welcome Ed to the MHB&S team,” notes Partner Al Spiegel. “He brings a well-rounded mix of legal experience to our clients which will complement our current practice offerings quite nicely,” he adds. Bremberger will provide legal services in the areas of small claims, criminal law, traffic violations, estate planning and residential real estate.
“Working with the team at McLario, Helm, Bertling & Spiegel is like coming home,” Bremberger notes. “I grew up in this area, so it feels like I am coming back to my roots.” In addition to being close to home, Bremberger feels fortunate to work at a firm with such a great collegial culture. “Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. This ethos translates into how they treat their clients. I believe that is beneficial for everyone,” he comments. Bremberger is also looking forward to sitting under the tutelage of the partners at MHB&S. “I enjoy the mentoring approach here. I know it will allow me to serve clients to the very best of my abilities.”
Bremberger holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and a Doctorate of Law (JD) from William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law), in Minneapolis, MN.
When he is not practicing law, Bremberger enjoys spending time with his wife Caryn and their son. His time off is filled with home projects, family, golf, reading and of course, the Green Bay Packers. He is also on the Wauwatosa Board of Zoning Appeals and is a member of St. Lucas Church in Bay View.
